Tooling - Pattern and Cores Marine Exhaust Manifold Set

This is an offering for the tooling used to produce the Peninsular Marine Aluminum Water Cooled Jacketed exhaust manifold package used on engines. The tooling consists of the patterns for each component and the associated core boxes used for internal dimensions of parts. The replacement cost of this tooling has been recently assessed and the price that is being offered represents 1/3 of the cost associated with only making the patterns and cores boxes. The true value of the patterns is more than just the assessed cost of making the pattern and core boxes, due to the engineering an drawings that occurred to produce these designs. This is a proven design. The tooling is old, but in good condition and ready to be utilized. Due to it's age is the reason for offering in cost. The construction of these patterns is ideal for quantity of production, which they have proven throughout the years and with lots of units. These are being offered as a set, and are not at this time purchasable individually. As a bonus machining and pressure test fixtures are also included.
